Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years is seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator/Project Manager to join our team based out of Chantilly, Virginia. 

Job duties to include, but are not limited to:
  • Reviewing the project’s scope of work 
  • Access building plans and specs 
  • Compile costs and create proposals 
  • Communicating with clients throughout the bid process 
  • Utilizing Salesforce for all aspects of project
Requirements:
  • 5+ years commercial construction estimating or equivalent combination of work experience or education. 
  • Good communication and organizational skills.  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to commute to the office daily.
  • Ability to work at a desktop computer. 
This position is full-time, exempt. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Compensation:
  • This position is a base plus commission.
  • The minimum compensation for this position is $70,000.00 per year.
  • The maximum compensation for this position is $150,000.00 per year. 
    • Compensation above is based on commission averages and is not guaranteed. 
    • The minimum and maximum include base plus commission.
    • Commission is earned based on sales.

Additional Requirements:
