Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking an Assistant Manager for Commercial Pre-Construction to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia.
 
Job duties to include, but are not limited to:
  • Pre-construction coordination between estimator, purchasing, installation, and customer.
  • Detailed review of plans, specifications, submittals, and contracts.
  • Lead internal project pre-construction meetings.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Assistant Manager for Commercial Sales Department.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of commercial construction industry experience.
  • Construction software and computer skill experience.
  • Good communication and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This position is full-time. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Compensation:
The minimum compensation for this position is $45.00 per hour.
The maximum compensation for this position is $50.00 per hour.

Additional Requirements:
  • All candidates must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test, which includes Marijuana.

  • All candidates must be able to commute to the office daily.
  • All candidates are expected to work in-office, Monday-Friday during their scheduled working hours.
